Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Golf Assistant Superintendent to lead maintenance of the golf course, including tees, greens, fairways, and adjacent facilities. You will supervise equipment and staff, ensuring safe operations and high standards of course condition.

The role involves managing budgets and schedules, coordinating irrigation, fertilization, and pesticide applications, and training staff to deliver exceptional guest service. Flexibility for shifts and licensing is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf course maintenance preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• Must be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct maintenance of tees, greens, fairways, cart paths and adjacent facilities.
• Supervise maintenance and repair of motorized and other mechanical equipment used on the course.
• Assist in personnel management for the golf maintenance staff.
• Build and retain customer relations and mentor employees to provide superior service.
• Train, evaluate, motivate and supervise staff to meet department objectives.
