Valor Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee daily maintenance of the golf course, collaborating with departments to ensure top-quality conditions for members and guests.

The role requires 2–3 years of golf maintenance experience, post-high school education or a related certificate, and strong organizational and training skills. The position involves outdoor work, safety training, and coordinating with the Superintendent on staff development.

Qualifikationen

• Post-high school education or certificate in building maintenance, technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of golf maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform critical analysis and manage information.
• Must have vision capabilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth).
• Exposure to outdoor work, chemicals, and safety hazards; ability to work under varying conditions.

Aufgaben

• Assist in planning and organizing maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, roughs and bunkers.
• Supervise planting and cultural practices for turf grasses and plants.
• Ensure maintenance equipment is properly maintained and supplies are within budget.
• Record annual maintenance activities and costs; prepare reports and invoices.
• Coordinate with Superintendent on hiring, training, and development of staff.
