Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Irrigation Technician to operate, service, and repair irrigation and drainage systems at our facility. You will manage components, perform preventive maintenance, and support guest-facing operations.

The role requires basic electrical/hydraulic knowledge, a high school diploma, and hands-on skills for valves, pumps, and controllers. You will work outdoors and collaborate with the team to ensure water delivery meets quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; basic electrical hydraulics knowledge.
• Experience with irrigation components is preferred.
• Ability to operate and repair irrigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Waters greens, tees, fairways and roughs.
• Lays sod, grades and prepares soil base.
• Operates irrigation heads in dry areas needing additional water.
• Performs repairs to the irrigation system and heads as needed.
• Operates utility carts and light equipment for hauling materials.
