Invited Clubs in Gibsonia, PA is seeking an Irrigation Technician to repair, operate, and maintain golf course irrigation and drainage systems, ensuring reliable performance and adherence to original designs. You will work with PVC, ADS, and poly piping, addressing surface and subsurface drainage challenges as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of irrigation experience; related certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in golf course irrigation and satellite systems.
• Irrigation association certification or backflow device inspection and maintenance certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular irrigation system maintenance, including cleaning and adjusting sprinkler heads for coverage.
• Maintain irrigation equipment by washing, fueling where applicable, and returning tools to storage.
• Record daily usage and report issues to the Superintendent.
• Operate power equipment (backhoes, trenchers, sod cutters, mowers) as required for greens and tees.
• Maintain a neat, safe work area and minimize noise near play areas.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Coordinate with department heads on major issues and progress.
• Keep golf course areas free of debris.
