Job summary

Falls Village Golf Club in Durham, North Carolina, is seeking part-time and full-time hourly Course Maintenance employees to join our Agronomy team. Full-time positions include a full benefits package (Medical, Dental and Vision) as well as Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay.

The pay rate is $14.00–$15.00 per hour and duties cover greens, tees, fairways, and bunkers. We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious workers to assist with course setup, mowing, edging, and general maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in golf course maintenance is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assists with preparing the course for daily play.
• Rake the bunkers.
• Cut and trim golf course greens, tees, fairways and roughs.
• Assists with watering the roughs.
• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand held equipment.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
