Job summary

GreatLIFE Golf is seeking a full-time Course Maintenance I to join our Agronomy team at The Preserve at Jordan Lake in Chapel Hill, NC. This hourly role includes a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to contribute to daily course upkeep.

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. High school education preferred; or related experience accepted. Flexible hours and safe work practices emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred, or up to one month related experience or training.
• Ability to perform manual tasks and operate landscape equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the course for daily play and maintain appearance.
• Rake bunkers and cut/trim greens, tees, fairways and roughs.
• Water roughs and apply growth enhancers and disease control as needed.
• Mow and trim grass with hand or power mowers; trim weeds.
• Plant grass, trees, shrubs or flowers as directed and manage mulch.
• Operate small machinery for edging, trimming and mowing.
• Deliver drinking water on course.
