Cape Fear Country Club is seeking a golf course maintenance worker responsible for mowing grass on tee boxes, fairways, roughs, fringes and greens, sodding, trimming, and related tasks. The role requires operation of mowers, rollers, bunker rakes, carts, and a range of hand tools.
Responsibilities include mowing, maintaining greens and cart paths, and using equipment such as greens rollers, sod-cutters, and golf utility vehicles.
Summary (Essential Functions): The golf course maintenance worker is responsible for mowing grass on the tee boxes, fairways, roughs, fringes and greens; sodding; trimming. He/She will use equipment such as mowers, rollers, bunker rakes, carts, and a variety of powered and non-powered hand tools.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates will possess landscaping experience, working knowledge of various lawn/ground equipment, a strong customer service orientation, and attention to detail and some knowledge of the game of golf. Candidate must be able to work in extreme weather conditions, holidays, and weekends, with occasional overtime during golf season.

21 - 35 hrs/wk - $500
1 - 20 hrs/wk - $250
