Job summary

Prestonwood Country Club in Cary, NC, is seeking a dedicated Golf Course Maintenance Landscape Crew Member to support three championship courses. This full-time role offers outdoor work and the chance to contribute to exceptional playing conditions daily.

Responsibilities include daily course setup, mowing, greens and bunkers maintenance, and supporting irrigation and drainage projects. The position requires a strong work ethic, teamwork, and safety focus, with pay $13.50–$16.75 per hour based

Qualifications

• Experience using landscape or grounds maintenance equipment preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare golf courses for daily play during early morning setup.
• Mow and trim turf using walk-behind and riding equipment.
• Maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and bunkers.
• Repair divots, pitch marks and ball marks for course conditions.
• Edge around sprinkler heads and landscape features.
• Operate rough mowers, tractors and other maintenance machinery.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report issues to supervisors.
• Assist with irrigation installation/repair and other course projects.
• Work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
