Job summary

NorthStone Country Club in Huntersville, NC seeks a dependable grounds crew member to operate and maintain golf course maintenance equipment and perform related tasks as needed to keep the course in top condition.

Positions include seasonal and full-time roles with hourly pay from $15.00 to $18.00+; benefits include medical, dental, vacation, sick leave and 401k after eligibility, with vacation accrual beginning immediately.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Some experience working for a landscaping service or grounds crew.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate trucks and light equipment.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and gasoline engine principles.

Responsibilities

• Mows greens, tees, collars, approaches, rough and fairways.
• Aerates greens.
• Operates turf vac, loader-backhoe, and aerifier.
• Verticuts tees and greens.
• Spikes greens and moves tees markers; maintains course hardware.
• Cleans machinery and performs basic preventive maintenance.
