Qualifications

• Previous cook or fast-casual kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic food handling, preparation, and sanitation.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable and punctual; able to handle high-volume rushes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items such as hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, and sandwiches to order.
• Operate grill, fryer, and other basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure food is presented properly, maintaining portion sizes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of food prep area, grill station, equipment, and service window.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and resort procedures and guidelines.
• Assist in receiving and stocking food and supply deliveries as needed.
• Provide excellent guest service to all golfers and guests in a fast-paced setting.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or supply needs to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while working independently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
