Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is seeking a Cook for The Turn at Baytowne Golf, Miramar Beach, FL. This full-time position requires preparing and serving grab-and-go items for golfers and resort guests in an outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include cooking items like burgers and fries, operating grill and fryer, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness. Experience in a fast-casual kitchen and reliable, punctual work ethic are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook or in a fast-casual kitchen environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic food handling, preparation and sanitation.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be reliable, punctual and able to handle high-volume rushes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items such as hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, and sandwiches to order.
• Operate grill, fryer, and other basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure food is presented properly and maintains portion sizes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of food prep area, grill station, equipment, and service window.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and resort procedures and guidelines.
• Assist in receiving and stocking food and supply deliveries as needed.
• Provide excellent guest service to golfers and guests in a fast-paced setting.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or supply needs to management.
