Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 12 years of professional experience to include 5 years of supervisory experience.
Strong leadership in golf operations and customer service.
Ability to manage budgets and resources.
Excellent communication and collaboration with donors, community, and university partners.

Responsibilities

Leads and participates in daily and event operations.
Ensures continuity of high-level service.
Plans directs and coordinates the golf program (maintenance, driving range, Pro Shop, rounds and events).
Works with staff to develop departmental strategies and brand alignment with university goals.
Establishes and oversees annual operating budgets and cost controls.
Acts as community liaison with campus and external stakeholders.
