Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Experience in bentgrass greens management; crew supervision; aerification; operational knowledge of golf course equipment and chemical application.
• Knowledge of UGA Golf Course Best Management Practices Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage 18 holes on the golf course, putting green, and surrounding areas.
• Oversee 200 acres of property including buildings, safety, and events.
• Maintain the annual budget for building use and facilities maintenance.
• Supervise 5-8 full-time staff and 10-20 student employees.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and IPM/BMP guidelines.
