Job summary

The role supports coaching staff, handles travel logistics, budget development, payroll processing, and personal development programs for student-athletes, with travel and weekend/evening work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Experience in athletics administration or operations is preferred.
• Strong communication, budgeting, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative, logistical, and daily operations of the golf programs.
• Serve as point of contact for travel-related logistics and coordination.
• Assist in budget development and payroll processing.
• Support personal development programs for student-athletes and coordinate scheduling.
