Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent plus 12 years of professional experience to include 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Oversee management of the UGA Golf Course and brand using marketing and internal resources.
• Lead staff, budget management and strategic development while ensuring service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily and event operations for the UGA Golf Course.
• Plans and coordinates golf program activities including maintenance, range sales, pro shop and events.
• Develops and implements departmental strategies to drive business results.
• Ensures recruitment, training, performance reviews, and a positive work environment.
• Oversees annual operating budgets and long-range financial planning.
• Represents the University with community partners and governs golf course policy.
