Job summary

LaBar Golf is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations for premium golf course projects. You will supervise crews, manage daily field activities, and ensure safety and quality standards are met from mobilization through completion.

You will collaborate with Project Managers on budgets and schedules, mentor staff, and maintain strong client and consultant relations while directing daily site operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf course construction systems and on-site supervision is required.
• Strong safety leadership and compliance with OSHA standards is essential.
• Proven ability to manage crews, coordinate with project managers, and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily on-site operations and supervise project crews to ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on budgets, schedules, and reporting.
• Maintain site logistics, materials, and equipment with accountability for losses or damages.
• Lead site meetings, training, and field problem solving to meet production goals.
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
