  • Provide onsite, daily direction to the project team and ensure the necessary resources and support are available to reach their objectives.
  • Approve, coordinate, and communicate changes to the project plan as they occur.
  • Be courteous and helpful when dealing with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and employees.
  • Resolve complaints, performance issues and employee relations concerns within the workforce.
  • Respond to client concerns with a sense of urgency.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, comprehensive reports/documents (i.e., utilization of labor, status of projects, estimated completion dates, issues encountered, etc.). Maintain and report accurate timekeeping for submission to payroll.
To be successful you will:
  • Be familiar with basic surveying, layout, and field measuring. Accurately read and interpret plans, specifications and other project documents.
  • Possess strong analytical and technical abilities.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships, effectively manage teams and operate with high professional ethics.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills with a willingness to empower, trust and promote ownership within others.
  • Be an excellent communicator (oral and written) with issue resolution skills and crisis management capability.
  • Effectively prioritize and act proactively to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

What you get:
