Job summary

LaBar Golf, based in Bernardsville, NJ, is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead and manage daily construction operations. This role focuses on ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while managing on-site crews and resources. The Superintendent will be the main point of contact for clients and will work closely with Project Managers to meet project objectives.

Candidates should have a background in golf course construction or related fields, with strong leadership and communication skills. Extensive travel is required for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of golf course or construction experience for Level I.
• 5-10 years of progressively responsible experience for Level II.
• 10+ years with proven leadership for Level III.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations ensuring alignment with plans.
• Manage all on-site staff and subcontractor crews.
• Identify risks early; take proactive steps to mitigate.
