Leibold Irrigation, Inc. seeks an experienced Golf Course Irrigation Project Supervisor to lead on-site field crews and manage installation of golf course irrigation projects nationwide.

The role involves coordinating with Project Managers, Superintendents, Architects, and construction teams to ensure safety, schedule, and high-quality outcomes. Qualifications

• Experience with irrigation systems (Hunter, Rain Bird, Toro).
• Ability to read and interpret irrigation plans and specifications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise irrigation crews and daily jobsite operations.
• Oversee all phases of golf course irrigation installation projects.
• Read, interpret, and execute irrigation plans, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate crew schedules, lodging, transportation, and project logistics.
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers, Golf Course Superintendents, Architects, and leadership.
• Monitor project progress and resolve field challenges.
• Ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Operate GPS equipment and technology used during installation.
• Maintain and coordinate repairs for project equipment and tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Complete weekly administrative duties (timecards, expenses, POs, documentation).
• Lead and motivate field personnel; foster professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and safety.
