Qualifications

• Customer service skills to interact professionally with members and guests.
• Ability to lift and move golf bags and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and equipment care.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak season days.
• Familiarity with golf knowledge and etiquette is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, assist with golf bags, carts, and special needs.
• Provide information on club amenities and daily activities.
• Prepare and maintain golf carts with towels, scorecards, tees, and essentials.
• Manage driving range, practice areas, and ensure stock of balls and tees.
• Assist with bag storage, club cleaning, and equipment handling.
• Support tee-time grouping and event setup for smooth operations.
