Job summary

Carmel Valley Ranch is seeking a Golf Outside Services Attendant to welcome guests and members with personalized service. The role focuses on maintaining carts, bag drops, staging areas, and practice facilities to ensure a pristine golf environment.

You will assist guests with equipment, help start and pace play, and extend service in parking, staging, and the driving range, reporting to the Assistant Golf Professional and contributing to a first-rate guest experience.

Qualifications

• Understand golf industry terminology.
• Provide superb personalized service to guests and members.
• Maintain high cleanliness of carts, bag drop, staging area, practice areas, and grounds.

Responsibilities

• assist guests in the movement, cleaning and storage of golf equipment upon arrival and departure
• maintain high overall cleanliness of the Cart Barn and all related work areas
• starting and maximizing play on the golf course
• service guests at all given opportunities, i.e. parking lot, staging area and driving range
