Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding member and guest service at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean work areas to ensure a seamless golfing experience.

Join a dynamic hospitality team focused on excellence, with responsibilities including cart staging, club delivery, and collaboration with range attendants and starters to support daily club operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload bags and prep clubs for play; assist guests and answer questions.
• Promote club events and amenities to enhance member experience.
• Marshal carts, assign to players, track usage, and ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain cart barn, storage areas, and practice facilities; keep areas neat.
