Job summary

Reynolds Lake Oconee is seeking a friendly café team member for the Greensboro, GA location. You will take orders, input into the POS, stock items, and maintain cleanliness while delivering excellent guest service to members and guests.

Responsibilities include opening/closing side work, checking IDs for alcohol, keeping the café area tidy, and collaborating with the golf team to ensure smooth service. Must be 18+ and able to lift 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Neat appearance and compliance with uniform and hygiene standards.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to interact with members.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a team.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
• Alcohol Serve Safe certified or willing to obtain.
• Must have ability to learn POS system.

Responsibilities

• Maintains quality of food and cleanliness of surrounding area at all times.
• Maintains proper level of stock in work area including lifting and placing soft drinks in cooler.
• Check identification on alcohol sales.
• Clean tables promptly after guests depart the café.
• Stock all items required to execute tasks during the shift, food, beverage, and paper goods.
• Perform opening and closing side work.
• Maintains table maintenance and cleaning in and around the café area.
• Executes all service tasks as established by Reynolds Lake Oconee Service Excellence Standards.
• Assists the golf team wherever needed to ensure excellent guest service.
• Must be able to take orders and input into point of sale.
• Attends staff training meetings.
