Job summary

Reynolds Lake Oconee is seeking a full-time, on-site cafe associate in Greensboro, GA. You will maintain food quality, keep the dining area clean, stock beverages and supplies, and assist the golf team to deliver excellent guest service.

The role requires 18+ years old, neat appearance, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and willingness to obtain alcohol service certification. Training and staff meetings are standard, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer care.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to stand/walk throughout duration of shift.
• Alcohol Serve Safe certified or be willing to obtain.
• Must have ability to learn POS system.

Responsibilities

• Maintains quality of food and cleanliness of surrounding area at all times.
• Maintains proper level of stock in work area including lifting and placing soft drinks in cooler.
• Check identification on alcohol sales.
• Clean tables promptly after guests depart the café'.
• Stock all items required to execute tasks during course of shift, food, beverage, and paper goods.
• Perform all required opening and closing side work.
• Maintains table maintenance and cleaning in and around the café area.
• Executes all service tasks as established by Reynolds Lake Oconee Service Excellence Standards.
• Assists the golf team wherever needed to ensure excellent guest service.
• Must be able to take orders and input into point of sale.
• Attends staff training meetings.
