Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Golf knowledge or related experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to communicate easily with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and members as they arrive and depart the facility.
• Loads and unloads golf clubs from vehicles and carts.
• Keeps carts clean and stocked with towels, scorecards, pencils and divot sand.
• Assists with upkeep of bag drop, valet area and practice facility.
• Cleans and delivers clubs to members after their rounds.
• Maintains storage carts and club inventory/maintenance.
• Assists with stocking, cleaning and detailing golf carts.
• Services practice facility by washing balls and keeping area clean.
• Charges carts as needed and ensures gas vehicles are fueled.
• Performs periodic cart maintenance and updates service logs.
