Job summary

Indian Ridge Country Club in Palm Desert, CA is seeking an Outside Services Team Member to greet members and guests, assist with bag handling and cart operations, and ensure pristine practice facilities and club amenities. You will support daily golf operations and uphold the club’s hospitality standards in a premier private environment.

Candidate should be comfortable working outdoors in varied weather, maintain a polished appearance, and be flexible for early shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-end private club or hospitality environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly upon arrival with a welcoming, professional demeanor.
• Assist with bag handling, cart preparation, and guest readiness for play.
• Prepare and stage golf carts, ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of equipment.
• Set up and maintain practice facilities, manage balls and readiness of hitting areas.
• Assist guests with club layout, amenities, and directions as needed.
• Support opening/closing procedures and assist with events, tournaments, and leagues.
• Uphold club policies, safety procedures, and professional standards.
