Invited in Phoenix, MD is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver exceptional member and guest service at the club, handling bags, preparing carts, and maintaining areas to ensure smooth play.

You will assist with range operations, cart staging, etiquette reminders, and teamwork with golf staff to keep daily operations efficient and welcoming for all golfers. Prior golf knowledge and strong communication help you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and operations is preferred.
• Prior hospitality or service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Answer questions and promote club events and amenities.
• Marshal carts, track usage, and ensure carts are clean and functional.
• Maintain cart barn, practice areas, and related facilities.
• Set up and manage practice areas with equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters.
• Complete daily assignments meeting club standards.
