Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota coaching certificate or alternative qualifications required.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to build positive relationships with community.

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach in all aspects of running the program: try-outs, team selection, practices, and games.
• Support program operations and maintain school mission alignment.
• Partner with parents, staff, and community leaders to foster program growth and positive culture.
• Model character and responsible behavior for student-athletes.
