Qualifications

• A valid Minnesota coaching certificate (or alternative qualifications) is required.
• Strong background in and understanding of the specific sport.
• Successful coaching experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the head coach in running the program including try-outs and team selection.
• Organize practices and manage games.
• Build a comprehensive program and develop staff.
