Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years in retail materials handling, club repair or similar experience preferred.
Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, move throughout the store and lift 30 lb. boxes.

Responsibilities

Engage with every Customer and offer world class service leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.
Execute all Club Services such as Re-gripping, Re-shafting, Loft & Lie measurements/adjustments.
Perform Front-End operations including returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions and loyalty rewards.
Assist in keeping Front-End and Services merchandise presence at a premier stock and visual level to drive sales.
Document repair orders, track progress, and maintain accurate service records for customers.
