The role emphasizes accurate service ordering, inventory documentation, and maintaining a premier store presentation to enhance sales and customer experience at our Florida locations. Weekend shifts and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with world class service and build lasting relationships.
• Perform Club Services such as re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie measurements.
• Handle front-end operations like returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.
• Maintain premier merchandise presentation to drive sales and customer experience.
• Ensure Club Services and Front-End areas, equipment and supplies are maintained and operational.
• Communicate repair options, costs and timelines clearly to customers.
• Document repair orders and track progress for inventory management.
