Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Saint Petersburg, FL seeks a Club Services Associate to execute club services and provide world-class customer service. You will handle re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments and front-end operations while maintaining premier merchandise presentation.

You will document service orders, communicate repair options and timelines, and uphold safety and ethical standards in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in retail materials handling, club repair or similar experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and deliver world-class service.
• Perform Club Services such as re-gripping, re-shafting, loft & lie measurements/adjustments.
• Handle Front-End operations: returns, exchanges, gift cards, loyalty program rewards, discounts, promotions.
• Document repair orders, track progress, and maintain records in the Golf & Tennis Services App.
• Maintain premiere merchandise presentation and ensure safe, ethical conduct across all areas.
