Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Harmonville, PA is seeking a Club Services Associate to perform club servicing such as re-gripping, re-shafting, and loft/lie measurements, while handling returns, exchanges, and promotions. You will maintain premier merchandise presentation and document service orders to support inventory management.

You will diagnose club issues, communicate repair options and timelines clearly, and provide world-class service to every customer.

Qualifications

Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills, including good written communication.
Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years in retail materials handling, club repair or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage with every customer and deliver world-class service leveraging PGA TOUR Superstore service behaviors.
Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Perform club services such as re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie measurements/adjustments.
Handle front-end operations including returns, exchanges, gift cards, lessons, loyalty awards, discounts and promotions.
Maintain premiere stock and visual presentation to drive sales and customer experience.
Ensure club services and front-end areas are maintained and operational.
Provide repair option costs and timelines clearly to customers.
Document repair orders and track progress in the Golf & Tennis Services App.
