Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Raleigh is seeking a Club Services Associate to perform golf club services (re-gripping, re-shafting, loft/lie adjustments) and front-end operations. You will engage customers, maintain merchandise presentation, and document service orders for inventory management.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 30 lb, and flexible hours including nights and weekends. The position offers hourly pay of 15.00–17.00 USD and opportunities to grow within a family-oriented, diverse

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear written and verbal communication, able to communicate cross-functionally.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in retail materials handling, club repair or similar experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, move throughout the store, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to quickly learn business acumen with proactive drive for results.
• Demonstrate strong self-accountability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and deliver world-class service, building lasting relationships.
• Execute all Club Services including re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie measurements/adjustments.
• Perform Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, discounts and promotions.
• Maintain premier merchandise presentation to drive sales and customer experience.
• Ensure Club Services and Front-End areas and equipment are maintained and operational.
• Communicate repair options, costs, and timelines clearly to customers.
• Assess and diagnose golf club issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Document repair orders and track progress in the Golf & Tennis Services App.
