• Handle front-end tasks: returns, exchanges, gift cards, loyalty rewards, discounts.
• Maintain a premier merchandise presentation to drive sales and customer experience.
• Ensure Club Services and Front-End areas and equipment are well-maintained.
• Provide repair option costs and timelines clearly to customers.
• Document repair orders and track progress for inventory accuracy.
