Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore seeks a Club Services Associate to perform club services and front-end duties, delivering world-class customer service and maintaining a premier store presentation. You will diagnose club issues, communicate repair options, and document service orders accurately within our systems.

Reporting to the Sales and Service Manager, you will handle re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments, and related operations while supporting inventory and merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use MS Office.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and provide world class service.
• Perform all Club Services including re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie measurements.
• Handle front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.
• Maintain premier merchandise presentation to drive sales and customer experience.
• Diagnose club issues and communicate repair options, costs, and timelines.
• Document repair orders and track progress in the Golf & Tennis Services App.
• Ensure safety, ethics, and operational standards across all areas.
