Job summary

Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community's LaunchPad Golf is hiring energetic servers to deliver memorable dining experiences across golf suites, dining room, and events. You will take orders, explain menu items, and ensure friendly, accurate service.

You will work with a POS system, handle payments, assist guests with questions, and maintain clean work areas. Benefits include weekly pay, health benefits, on-site clinics, 401(k), PTO, and free uniforms.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous server experience preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work a varying schedule, including nights/weekends.
• Able to learn Alcohol Awareness procedures.

Responsibilities

• Takes food & beverage orders and enters into POS; explains menu items and makes recommendations.
• Serves food and beverages per guest specifications; maintains service standards.
• Checks on guests for condiments or additional items and follows up on satisfaction.
• Operates POS to process charges; handles cash, checks, cards, and tips.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas and stocking of server items.
