Candidates should be prepared to participate in pre-shift tastings, maintain a clean workstation, and be cross-trained in bartending tasks as needed. Education includes a high school diploma or GED and certifications in Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Training.
• Alcohol Awareness Training.
• Ability to read and speak English; meets state age requirements for alcohol.
• Knowledge of POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide immediate attention upon seating.
• Describe specials and answer questions about menu items.
• Take orders and deliver food promptly after preparation.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and participate in taste tests.
• Maintain organized workstation and complete side work.
• Set up and break down golf stations each shift.
• Handle checks and cash using the POS system.
• Adhere to service standards for greeting, cocktail service, and delivery.
• Cross-train in bartending responsibilities.
• Practice safe work practices.
