You will participate in pre‑opening activities, staff recruitment, menu implementation, vendor setup, and systems readiness to ensure a successful grand opening and ongoing excellence in service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive restaurant or club management experience.
• Experience opening a new restaurant or hospitality venue is preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems (Toast).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations for The Gimme concessions, The Pavilion bar and The Bays, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high‑quality guest experience.
• Oversee the annual operating plan and budget, including sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop front‑of‑house staff.
• Establish and maintain service standards, procedures, and accountability systems.
• Partner with culinary leadership to ensure food quality, menu execution, and kitchen standards.
• Manage labor scheduling and productivity to meet business needs.
• Implement and monitor purchasing, receiving, storage, and inventory systems.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Review financial statements with leadership and contribute to forecasting and growth initiatives.
• Create a culture of hospitality and lead timely service recovery.
• Collaborate on promotions, events, and activations to support goals.
• Lead service planning for tournaments, banquets, and events.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure product quality and pricing.
• Ensure clear communication between kitchen, service, bar, and management.
