The Dunes of Naples, part of Troon, Naples, FL, seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and develop our hospitality team across all outlets. You will drive service standards, costs, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment at a premier golf and community property.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in F&B leadership, strong budget acumen, and the ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of food & beverage management or leadership experience.
• Experience with budgets, cost controls, and vendor relationships.
• Strong leadership, training, and service standards execution.

Responsibilities

• Develops scheduling for F&B departments within budget and forecast.
• Manages beverage programs, pour costs, recipes, and pricing.
• Partners with kitchen leadership on food quality, ticket times, and costs.
• Leads interviewing, hiring, training, and performance reviews for F&B staff.
