Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to help deliver outstanding service to members and guests at the club. You will assist with essential outside services, golf cart preparation, bag handling, range operations, and keeping work areas clean and organized.

You will collaborate with golf operations staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all golfers, while maintaining safety and club standards in all daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags, preparing them for play, answering questions, offering etiquette guidance, and post-round help including cleaning clubs and delivering them to cars.
• Promote club events, course conditions, and amenity information to enhance member/guest experience.
• Marshal carts in the staging area, assign to players, track usage, ensure carts are clean, maintained, and report issues.
