Job summary

Invited, the leading private-club operator, is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding service to members and guests.

You will load/unload golf bags, prepare clubs, help with range operations, marshal carts, and keep the cart barn and surrounding areas clean and organized. The role emphasizes professionalism, etiquette, and teamwork across golf operations.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, outdoor environment, and opportunities to participate in club events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading and unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Answer questions, share golf etiquette and provide post-round support.
• Promote club events and amenities to members and guests.
• Marshal carts, track usage, inspect and report issues.
• Maintain cart barn, practice facilities, and surrounding areas.
• Set up practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters for smooth service.
• Complete daily tasks and keep Golf Shop organized and stocked.
