Job summary

Oro Valley Country Club in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding service to members and guests. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean work areas for a seamless golf experience.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading bags, marshaling carts, promoting club events, and collaborating with golf operations staff. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability are essential, with weekend

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in golf or similar role preferred.
Strong communication with members, guests and staff.
Knowledge of golf etiquette and rules.
Positive attitude and commitment to service.
Attention to detail and reliability.
Primarily outdoors with exposure to heat/cold and humidity.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and maneuver equipment.
Flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

Load/unload bags, prepare for play, assist with etiquette and post-round support.
Promote club events and course conditions to enhance member experience.
Marshal carts, track usage, ensure maintenance and report issues.
Keep cart barn and storage areas clean and organized.
Set up practice areas with range balls and equipment.
Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters.
Complete daily tasks to club standards and keep shop stocked.
Follow policies and maintain professionalism.
Address challenges using available resources with teams.
Attend daily briefings and stay informed.
