Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Golf Operations Manager to lead the golf club operations and support the Director of Golf in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role manages budgeting, events, staff performance, and merchandising to drive revenue and service standards.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 1–3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or HOA environments. A flexible schedule, evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years event planning, budgeting, and supervision experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or HOA is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CMS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead golf club operations and report to Director of Golf.
• Maintain standards of guest service across facilities and events.
• Assist with budgeting, revenue, and business development.
• Supervise staff and manage hiring processes.
• Oversee merchandising and shop organization.
