Concert Golf Partners is launching a dedicated customer service facility designed to enhance our member experience through efficient and effective communication. A Call Center Concierge will provide high-quality customer service and support to members over the phone or email, serving as the primary contact and upholding a customer-centric attitude.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in call center, customer service, or hospitality/country club roles is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with active listening.
• Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
• Flexible with shifts, including evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Provide exceptional phone and email support to members and/or potential members.
• Service Coordination: Assist members in tee time reservations or basic services as needed.
• Information Management: Maintain knowledge of services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot member issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Data Entry: Record member interactions and transactions in the system accurately.
• Feedback Collection: Gather member feedback to improve service quality.
• Collaboration: Work with sales, operations, and marketing to meet member needs.
• Performance Metrics: Meet/exceed metrics like call handling time and CSAT scores.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current on industry trends and company updates.
