Job summary

Invited Clubs in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to support golf operations and provide outstanding service to members and guests. The role includes bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

You will marshal carts, ensure carts are stocked and ready for play, and collaborate with the Golf Shop and other staff to maintain a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Prior customer service or golf knowledge is desirable.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills are essential.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Promote club events and amenities to enhance member experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, and ensure carts are clean and safe.
• Maintain cart barn, storage areas, and practice facilities in good condition.
• Set up and manage practice areas with available equipment.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters for smooth service.
• Complete daily tasks and keep areas organized and stocked.
