Job summary

PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking an Outside Services Assistant to support golf operations with bag loading, club care, cart management, and warm guest greetings. You will help ensure a smooth start to play and a welcoming atmosphere for Members and Guests.

This role emphasizes teamwork, daily upkeep of storage areas and practice facilities, and coordination with range attendants and marshals to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and customer service experience.
• Basic golf knowledge required; able to communicate with Members/Guests.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of company information and sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members/Guests warmly and assist at the golf/staging area.
• Assist golfers by loading bags, cleaning clubs, and guiding play etiquette.
• Clean and maintain storage areas and the golf cart fleet at all times.
• Marshal carts in the staging area and assign carts to players for tracking.
• Process post-round duties: clean clubs, deliver to cars, check carts.
• Promote events and provide information to enhance Member/Guest experience.
• Maintain pro shop area, range, and course amenities in a neat, safe condition.
• Coordinate with range attendants, cart attendants, and marshals for seamless service.
• Ensure daily assignments are completed and uphold Club standards.
• Support team members and contribute to the Three Steps of Service.
