Qualifications

• Leadership experience in golf, service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all departments to include golf operations, food and beverage, sales, merchandising, and agronomy.
• Create and execute short- and long-term operational and financial plans for the club.
• Responsible for staff development, leadership and retention.
• Ensure compliance with national programs and control revenues, payroll, inventories and expenses.
• Ensure staff provides excellent guest service and responds to feedback.
