Arcis Golf in Solon, OH is seeking a General Manager to lead the golf course's overall operation, including golf operations, F&B, sales, merchandising, and agronomy, while developing staff and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements include minimum 5 years of leadership experience in golf, hospitality, or service, and a bachelor’s degree preferred; strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential. Perks include medical, life, 401(k) and flexible schedules.

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in golf, service or hospitality preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
• Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct all departments to include golf operations, food and beverage, sales, merchandising, and agronomy.
• Partner with Corporate Revenue, Sales and Marketing to execute programming, marketing plans, and pricing strategies.
• Create and execute short and long term operational and financial plans for the club.
• Responsible for selecting, developing, leading and retaining talented staff.
• Ensure compliance with national programs and internal policies across departments.
• Monitor forecast and results and adjust to achieve targets; manage revenues, payroll, inventories and expenses.
• Ensure staff provides excellent guest service and address feedback.
