Arcis Golf is seeking a General Manager at Solon Country Club to lead golf operations, F&B, sales, merchandising, and agronomy while driving profitability and guest satisfaction. You will partner with revenue, sales and marketing to implement programs, create pricing strategies, and develop both short-term and long-term plans.

The role requires strong staff leadership and a proactive, collaborative approach to achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in golf, service or hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct all departments to achieve goals and maintain strong working relationships.
• Partner with Corporate Revenue, Sales and Marketing to execute programming and pricing strategies.
• Create and execute short and long-term operational and financial plans for the club.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talented staff; ensure compliance with programs and policies.
• Monitor forecasts and results daily/weekly and adjust to meet targets.
